I Help Young Adults Who Are Experiencing Overwhelm

The years after high school can be both exciting and challenging. It is a time for exploring possibilities around education and/or work, and perhaps developing new friendships and intimate relationships. On top of this it isn't unusual to experience changes in, or challenges to, one's world views. All of these things taken together during this period of transition can be overwhelming and confusing-what should be a dynamic time of transition can be filled with anxiety, depression, or worse.

Some of the Ways I Can Help You Include:

  • Creating goals and the plans to achieve them while exploring what is getting in the way of living the life you want.
  • Managing the demands of school, work, social situations, and the tasks that come with everyday life.
  • Finding constructive ways to manage anxiety, depression, isolation and loneliness.
  • Working together to prevent self-harmMaking and keeping friends.
